Vinification:
From selected vineyards, grapes are harvested in 15-kg boxes, selected manually by specialised personnel and then cold macerated for several days. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to the barrel to carry out malolactic fermentation.
Racking takes places once the malolactic fermentation has been completed and remains in the barrel for 20 months in noble French oak. Following gentle clarification and filtering, it is bottled to complete the delicate refinement process.
Aroma:
Extremely complex, with aromas of well-ripened black fruit, spicy touches with toasted bread nuances on a lactic background.
Color:
Intense cherry red, high robe with maroon edges, clear and bright.
Taste:
Balanced, with excellent tannin structure and fruit sensations, very pleasant and persistent finish.
