Vinification:
Grapes are macerated slightly for 4 hours in a vat before separating the must from the solid part. The must is then fermented in a different vat at a controlled temperature of 18ºC in order to bring out its fruity flavour.
After fermentation, the must is gently clarified, filtered and bottled.
Aroma:
Very fruity, floral and fresh. Good intensity, with the appearance mainly of strawberry and raspberry.
Color:
Very pale pink, clear and bright.
Taste:
Smooth, with just enough acidity to add a touch of freshness. Recollections of strawberry gumdrops.
