Vinification:
Careful selection of grapes from the Carravalseca vineyard, where a very limited production was sought. The best bunches were handpicked on our selection table for a short period of cold maceration.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation. After racking, it was aged in French oak barrels for 20 months and then transferred to the bottle to complete its aging.
Aroma:
Intense, attractive, sweet and elegant nose.
Strong aromas of ripe black fruits with notes of cocoa and minerals.
Color:
Well covered, clean and bright cherry.
Taste:
Ample and tasty, accompanied by an elegant and fine acidity, intense throughout, lively tannin but well tamed by the wood. Well-polished tannicity. Good acidity and long final in which sensations are reproduced in the nose.
