Vinification:
Grapes harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes to keep the bunches whole until they are placed in the fermentation tanks, where they are cold macerated for 4 days. Low-temperature fermentation in order to maintain the highest amount of floral and fruity aromas, pressing gently. Following malolactic fermentation this wine is cleared and bottled.
Aroma:
Intense fruit expression, with notes of blackberry and raspberry on a background of strawberry jelly, with hints of licorice.
Color:
Vivid with violet reflections, medium-high layer.
Taste:
Fresh, meaty.
Seems to be carbonic, which gives it a vivacious touch. Easy to drink.
