Vinification:
Grapes are collected by hand and transported to the winery in 15-kg boxes where they are placed on a selection conveyor to ensure only the best bunches are used.
Following alcoholic fermentation and before malolactic fermentation the wine is subjected to controlled oxygenation. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in American oak barrels and the crianza process continues in Hungarian oak barrels for 11 months and further refining is carried out in the bottle.
Aroma:
Fruity, intense and delicate in the nose, as is typical of the Graciano variety, with a predominance of red fruit with some mineral touches.
Color:
Intense cherry red, high robe and cardinal red hues.
