Vinification:
Fruit selected in our vineyards. After a strict monitoring of the ripening process, grapes are harvested by hand in 15-kg boxes. Once in the winery and after passing through the selection conveyor where a check is made that the fruit is in good condition, the grapes are placed in vats for carefully-controlled alcoholic fermentation.
Once this has finished, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation after which it is kept in French oak barrels for 20
months and is then bottled.
Aroma:
Complex and intense, touches oftree-borne fruit appear (pear, peach) tropical fruit (banana) well accompanied by the oak wood
Color:
Ripe cherry, small fruit of the woods with touches of jam and spicy touches
Taste:
Smooth entry, well structured and fleshy.
Dark cherry red with purple edges, well covered.
